Tangy Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 2 T Apple Cider vinegar
- dijon mustard to taste
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp marjoram
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Place in bowl and whisk until well blended.
- Drizzle 1 large tbsp over salad for healthy fat serving of about 120 calories
- Keep unused portion in fridge.
