Alfredo Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
- 5oz of chicken, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup of cottage cheese
- 1-2 teaspoons ranch dressing seasoning mix - see recipe in dressing section
- 2-3 tbsp of water
- 2 cups of the approved vegetables, cooked
Instructions
- Puree cottage cheese, ranch dressing seasoning mix and water together - set aside
- Cook chicken pieces until no longer pink
- Add cottage cheese mixture and cooked vegetables to the pan
- Simmer and let fluid reduce down. It will become creamy.
- Serve immediately
