- 1 peach
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (to taste)
- Cut your peach in half
- Scoop out the pit
- Place open side down on the heated grill (keep it to a low temp)
- Grill for 4 minutes or until marks are made and turn
- Sprinkle cinnamon on center of the peach and cook an additional 2 minutes covered - careful not to overcook (the will get too soft)
- Remove skin and enjoy!
