Homemade Mayonnaise

Serving Size: Makes 16 Servings (Each Serving Is A Healthy Fat and is about a heaping tbsp each)

  • 6 egg whites
  • 1tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 cup olive oil


  • Blend eggs, vinegar, salt, and mustard in food processor. 
  • Slowly add oil while continuing to blend until creamy and smooth
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
